Kirby MacLean, Esq.

Kirby holds a B.A. degree from Winona State University in accounting, and a J.D. degree from William Mitchell College of Law. Kirby has worked exclusively in family law throughout her career, frequently focused on business valuations, prenuptial agreements, custody disputes, alternative reproductive options, LGBTQ, and challenging or complex cases. In 2017 she founded MacLean Law, P.A. Her family law practice focuses on helping families of all descriptions thrive and emerge from the family law process poised to be financially viable and carefully protected from whatever may come.
